The rear crashbar structure is done!

This construction gotta be suitable for aesthetics and technical conditions as well. I mean the accessories mustn't touch each other during the resonance when it works and the back sprung part mustn't touch the top of back rollbar during the resonance.

There wasn't too big space for design and that's why we had to be clever and had to calculate with a half inch too. Afterwards i had to figure out where to fix the bottom of crashbar or how to fix the back box frame to crashbar.

When both sides were done i had to figure out how to connect them at the back under the number plate. This system includes 6 parts and we used steel tapping and stainless bolts for fixing the parts. We were working on it for 3 days while that "rude stuff" was finished. Galvanization, polishing, chroming. 2 weeks and it was done but unfortunately the quality of polishing wasn't perfect.

All in all everything came off well and in my opinion this accessory is attractive and useful. Thanks for Cruiser 2002 Ltd. Team and Motorchrome Galvanization Manufactory.
