We could start the discription of our job by historical language but it’s 2021 and nowadays nobody would understand it. When Krisztián brought his bike to our place his wish was the following: manufacturing unique and stainless parts. Of course we surprised because of the condition of this 26 years old VT 1100 C2. It looked perfect and almost like any brandnew one…and not just its appearance but the engine too. The sound of engine was like any new Honda VT . This bike used to belong to an old man and that’s why the perfect condition was understandable. Our client wanted some modification about connecting the hard trunk saddlebag holder system on the bottom, manufacturing turn signal lights for those saddlebags and fixing the led lights and the turn signal lights as well. These were the first steps. The next wishes were the following: manufacturing a heat shield plate for the unique stainless exhaust pipe and that plate will cover the welding seam.

The next one is manufacturing and fixing the left side frame cover what so many clients like. We had to make it from high quality polished stainless steel. Of course all these motorcycle parts are hand crafted as you can see that in the name of our team and that’s why every piece is unique not like any factory made stuff from the rolling table. Everything had to be stable and we had to fix the parts perfectly because this bike has really strong vibration.

Máté Angyal the youngest team member made shields for the turn signal lights as protection. He learnt a lot from our excellent lock smith named István Sándor. Finally Kundi our car electrician friend fixed every electrical thing. When everything was done Krisztián the owner was really happy to get his bike back.

This job was a real challenge but we worked on it with pleasure.
