Building the „Saxon style” has begun

First we had to fix the wheels because a movable bike is very important when we need to bring it from the locksmith to the painter or somewhere else. First we removed every spoke from the wheels and polished them.

Afterwards polishing and chroming the front wheel hub and the back wheel hub too and plus chroming the disc front brake and every cover of every operating device. When the chromed aluminum parts were done we spindled the surplus chrome where the disc front brake touches the brake pads and where the steel brake drum is, which was planted in the back wheel hub.

That was also very important for having a perfect and reliable brake. Next step was, threading the wheel hubs by wheel rim and then we placed the new wide chromed wheel rim into the back part. We wanted the back part of bike to be deeper and that’s why we placed the single rear shock lower by a special set. These are the working processes we have already done since the beginning.

Next step: fixing the wheels and tyres, and then we have to place the new special fork bridges into the suitable places for having the right angle of inclination. We wanna have a real custom chopper design for this VT 600.
